Nothing was too much trouble, not only was he knowledgeable about the cruise company but was able to give copious amounts of relevant information about the various stops along the way. "Excellent customer service. Popped in on the off chance to explore their deals for holidays in September. Was greeted by a lady who checked us in and told us to return when they give us a call. Within 10 minutes we had a call and we was introduced to a lovely lady called EMILY who was happy to help us. Explained to Emily a few of our requests and we filtered through many holidays. After a few ifs and buts we eventually found a fantastic holiday for an excellent price too.
