Everything that was committed was provided at the time of travel. there were some delays in hotel vouchers but we got them as it was hotel side issue but Mr. Adnan kept us in loop and keep us posted. 100% recommended."

"By far the worst service I have ever used. Me and my family planned our first ummrah and we trusted them for the package we paid for. We initially agreed on the price and the hotels we chosed all paid in full and we did not recieve any confirmation about our visas and hotels until the day before travel. We phoned them hundereds of times, ignoring our phone calls, blocking our phone numbers, forcing us to use different phone numbers to get them to answer and worst of all they lie to you, from the employee all the way to the manager. I advise everyone to avoid them because they are SCAMMERS."

"UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T LEAVE NO STARS!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! I used this company for an umrah package for me and my family. After going through the package that we wanted, we chose the hotels etc, i paid the balance in full some months before our travel date. A few weeks before we were meant to fly, I hadn't received my visa's, hotel and transport information. After contacting them a number of times and listening to their continuous excuses, I finally received my visas a couple of days before we were due to travel. The company had also changed our hotels without notice, putting us in a worse hotel in Mecca. A few hours before we were due to travel, I was told that I would have to pay an additional £850 because they said our reservations were cancelled and it cost them this additional money to book us other hotels. I explained that this was not our fault but there's but they refused to accept responsibility. I was then informed that if I refused to pay the money, THEY WOULD CANCEL BOTH HOTELS!!! In order for us to have our hotel in Madinah available for us for when we arrived, I had no choice but to cancel our Mecca hotel so they could recoup the £850 that way. I then had to book another hotel while I was at the airport for when my family and I arrived in Mecca. This cost me half of the £850 they wanted. I have contacted trading standards and the Citizens Advice Bureau and I have also recorded our conversations. I will be pursuing legal action against this firm. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"

"SCAM, this is not a genuine company took £900 deposit for me to book umrah package which was not booked. There was no confirmation of booking, no terms or conditions or warning given when i made the deposit about non refundable or Irfan will keep it. Only when i told him i want refund which was within 24 hours he started ignoring me and he is now refusing to give me a refund, when i threatened to report to trading standard he is now saying he will give me 50% which again he has not returned and is again ignoring me."
