"Umrah March 2023 First time going for Umrah and travelled with my parents & uncle. I cannot thank Br. Sheikh Kauser and Sr Imani for making us feel at ease during our trip and making sure we were always OK. They took really good care of us. Everything was well organised from beginning to end. Starting off with a Seminar to explain to us of what to expect and what to do whilst performing our Umrah. Goodie bags were given with a guidebook and relevant details (itinerary, flight details and Visa) for our trip. We were continuously briefed all through our travel and given step by step guides via a chat group so for those travelling for the first time for umrah they knew what to do. Communication was key and Br Sheikh Kauser and Sr Imani were always available for any questions. The ground staff Br. Ahmed and Sr Fatima and Br Hassan were extremely kind, helpful and forthcoming. Always available to help and assist when needed. The hotels in Makkah & Madina were 5star and both near the Haram so a few mins walk away. Transportation was organised all through out our trip (Airport, Makkah to Madina and Ziyarat). Every part of our journey was carefully planned by Br Sheikh Kauser and Sr Imani. We definitely would recommend using Al Ansar if you plan to go for Umrah or Hajj. You will not regret it! Again we just wanted to say thank you to Br Sheikh Kauser, Sr Imani & family. "Feb Aqsa 2023 Allhumdullilah had a fantastic experience, visiting Palestine with my husband. The Al Ansar team worked very hard to accomodate us and support us throughout our travels. The trip consisted of lots of stops to lots of places which is what we expected and learnt so much about the history of Palestine. Pictures do not do the place any justice! "From the second i landed i knew i was in safe hands. Ahmed from Al-Ansar was waiting for us and helped us get our sims sorted. We arrived at our hotel (Frontel) promptly where Al-Ansar had arranged us food, because they knew we’d be hungry. We were settled into the hotel and Madinah and Makkah were amazing as always. Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. I would recommend highly to anyone to use this travel agent."
