"SCAMMERS!!!! Avoid Get a Flight!! #phtravelltd I wish there was an option for 0 star. Don’t believe in all of those 5 star reviews! First of all, my payment was declined and they told me that fare was no longer available and asked me to pay £150 more. Only after I decided to opt for different agent, they said they had a few seats left with the fare advertised on Skyscanner. When I wanted to change my return date, they then asked me to pay £900+ as a fare difference while a one way ticket was £850 on Skyscanner. What a rip off! (My ticket was flexible ticket). The staffs were very rude. They hang up on me not once but twice!"

"This is the least responsible ticket agency I have ever worked with. I am trying to get a refund for a ticket that has been changed by the airline for two years and they are not taking any effective measures to address this issue. Nancy Young, their agent, hang up on me when I was asking for an answer after two years. Stay away from this agency."

"It was all good. I was told to call back to update my passport details on the ticket. But when it arrived, I called, but they kept fobbing me off and saying to contact the airline. Utter useless. They even said my flight is direct, asked them on 3 occasions, but I there was stops it was direct. People picking up the phones are clueless. Won't be booking my tickets from them."

"Avoid!!! I tried to book online and booking was declined and no payment was taken at this point. I called them to understand why was declined and mentioned the fare was no more available. The new fare was £20 more which I was happy to pay to proceed. Nancy dealt with my booking in very professional manner and took the payment and all confirmed and was mentioned they will email my itinerary within 24 hrs. Past 24 hrs and no itinerary and I contacted them and Maggie told me they cancelled my booking which I paid as the fare was no more available. I was confused! No one contacted me to tell me my paid booking was cancelled. I had no email and said refund will be made. Now I need to book another flight while still waiting for refund. The new flight increased by £400."
