"Do not use this company, complete scammers. We booked a ticket for my son in law who had to travel abroad as an emergency. Paid an extortionate amount, a few hours before he was due at the airport they contacted us to say the flight had been cancelled till the next day Go home and come back tomorrow. We had travelled 150 miles to get there this was not feasible,. On checking the flights ourselves we saw that the flight was not cancelled and was showing ontime. We went to the ticket desk to find out was happening and they were deeply apologetic, no connection to this scam company at all but said despite us having a booking reference and ticket number,they had not even purchased one for us. I won't even go into their appalling customer service etc. I received a curt email saying we would receive a refund in 14 days. After all their lies, I have contacted my bank who are refunding the ticket as have seen In these reviews the saga that people have experienced trying to get a refund. Save yourself rhe headache avoid avoid avoid"

"What a nightmare to book a holiday with lycafly, i am chasing for reschedule my booking, and there is no direct contact, Lycafly is trying to con me, i had a word with hotel team, and they are happy to reschedule but lycafly are saying that, they have supplier who is dealing with that, time is getting closer to travel day and no response yet. I can understand why they have just 3.1 star I suppose to check review first"

"I called the LycaFly customer care regarding my flight reservation, i done a mistake of putting title wrong, instead of "Miss" i put "Mr",it was for my sister, just to change that small detail they charge me £100. I realize this just after 10 minutes of booking and they told me that it is chargeable,I have evidence of this. This is so unacceptable, thought there was no other availability i had to pay them for this."

"I would NOT recommend LycaFly to my enemy. They are dishonest. I wanted 3 business class tickets on Yakak… I was given the option of Lycafly as an intermediary agent. I spoke to their agent who quoted me a price for fully flexible tickets, so I purchased them. A month or so later I called to speak to the Asian lady I bought the ticket of, only to be told she had left the job, which is a lie. I then found out that the tickets I had bought were NOT flexible at all. As a result I had to pay a hefty fee to make changes to the ticket to the lesser premium economy cabin as business class was going to cost us the price of 3 new tickets I will never use an intermediary agent again, I would rather deal directly with the airline, at least they’ll hopefully be more honest. Save yourself the stress and heartache and don’t use these people ."

"i booked a flight with agent name praveen he took 1000gbp from me and then flight cancelled and he said no to refund my money then he said come to our office address when i go there he said that flight was non refundable, that's how i got scammed by them, i will never book with them and anyone who is reading this please do not book your flight with this scamming company you will lose your money and when i say i will take legal action, they said go to court we have our lawyers we will report you passport to your embassy.. be aware everyone."
