"I would not recommend Jilania Travel to anyone. Had bad experience. Terrible communication. Tried calling for the past 5 months in regards to refund but no one answers the phone and the 1 time someone answered the phone, they have no one to assist with my inquiry and promise a call back but no one has ever called back. I will not be using their services ever again. I'm very disappointed. Feeling let down and frustrated. I also had issues when I arrived at Saudi, could not find our transport. Not very organised. All these companies and everyone involved at Saudi are always doing everything possible to rip you off. It makes me so sad."

"From begining to end i had 5* service with them! I booked Umrah, then dubai and even whilst out there I encountered some minor hiccups at Jeddah Airport beyond Jilania's control but Muhammed from Jilania was only a Whatsapp message away! Replied promptly, made sure the rep in Saudi looked after us right till we left Saudi. Made sure we landed in Dubai. Also Jilania's agent took good care of us whilst in mecca, showed us the best places to shop. When we got to Dubai I realised i Didnt book transport for an excursion, contacted Muhammed the night before and i he had arranged it promptly and at my service i had a HummerH2 the next day. Throughout my stay Muhammed kept in contact with me to make sure we were ok. I would highly recommend them. And thank you to Muhammed for arranging such a fantastic, spiritual and memorable journey for us all."
