"I am really shocked with Khasru miah of Al-Amin travels, brick Lane. Firsty, he began all of this by lying about working for Surma Travel. I booked 5 tickets to go to Bangladesh on the 10th of December 2023 and to return back on the 3rd of January 2024. He gave me a fare of £1050 per ticket and i paid him half the full amount of £5250. I said I will pay the rest of the fare just before the day of my departure date, he agreed with that and gave me my plane seat numbers. I repeatedly asked him if there will be any problems with the price and booking, and he assured me that there wouldn’t be any issues and that everything was done. 5 working days later, he called me and said that Biman restricted the customers going to Bangladesh on the 10th of December, they could not come back between the 1st and the 15th of January. After that, I had millions of conversations with him and every single time he would change his story by lying over and over again for about 2 weeks. Also, he forced me to pay an extra £2000. I refused because he said there would be no other issues with the price. In the end, i became very fed up and upset so I told him to refund my money and he refunded straight away without charging any cancellation fees and this means, he sold my tickets to others for higher prices.I can't believe how unscrupulous and greedy people (khasru miah) can be. May Allah guide them to come back on the right track!!"

"The owner is shalim miah is crook and dodgy landlord. Refuses to fix his tenants property. Does not speak to them and avoids phone calls. His a thieve and liar please avoid this place. This man SHALIM MIAH is a con man BEWARE!"

"Rude people.. don’t spend your money here.. conned us out of £500. Went to the bank and they told them they will give us a service and resolve issue but they didn’t. They lied and they are thief’s! Don’t waste time going there! They have no protection when it comes to flights either! Don’t book. If I could give no star I would!!"

"Service is bad!Rude! Attitude..paid my deposit for two tickets! To fly out to Bangladesh! Due to flooding and flight cancellation at Sylhet airport! Can't fly right now! They're not refusing to pay back my deposit! They pressured me to buy tickets with full payment. Asked for booking reference they declined to share with me! They never said there will be a cancellation fee if some reason its cancelled! The airport is close! Air line cancelled the flight! So air line not charging any cancellation fees! There for agent shouldn't charge! Very rude people!!"

"Phoned up Al-Amin travels regarding some flight information unfortunately their customer service was very poor, I wouldn’t like to go back to them again I will advise all my friends and family not to use there service ."
