"Not good so far. The company doesn't exist at the given address in Canary Wharf noone is answering the phone an we've paid for our entire trip. I will keep you posted on what to do I am not letting these theives get away with my money. They've chosen the wrong person to mess with this time."

"We had a horrendous experience with Mina Tours when we went for Umrah in December 2018. Our review was deleted from TrustPilot so I’m posting it here too to make sure people are aware of the unprofessionalism, disgusting language used by staff, blatant lying at every stage of the booking process and lack of communication and service throughout our experience and journey. In case it’s claimed that this is a fake review, my booking reference number was: 10655 / Online Ref: 10813 / PNR: EVJDXI 1. Given a price and once we paid the deposit the price of the hotel was increased as apparently the staff member (Madiha) had incorrectly quoted the price so we were forced to pay more. When we questioned why we should pay based on staff mistake, we were guilt tripped by being told “please pay this otherwise Madiha will have to pay out of her pay check and she has a young unwell child” 2. Weren’t sent any confirmations until a few weeks before flying even though we booked 3 months in advance 3. We were called and told we had to pay another additional £100 per person and when we questioned this, we were told this was because visa fees had been changed. We paid this but when we went to collect the visas at the agency that Mina Tours works with for visas, they said this was a lie and that did not happen. When I called back to ask for a refund due to lying, Danish one of the manager swore persistently and said “you’re going for umrah to Allah’s house, why are you making up lies”. when we asked for phone recordings, Danish told us to “get lost” and he didn’t care if we sued them. 4. No in flight meals were ordered for us so we had no food on 2 flights from UK to Saudi and had to buy snacks on the flight and food on stopovers 5. When we got to the Hilton in Mecca, we were informed that there was no booking under our name made by Mina Tours and were kept waiting for another hour following which we found out that Mina Tours had not paid for our booking. We had to wait until we got our room for 2 hours at 5am in the morning and missed fajr prayer and had to complete our umrah completely physically and emotionally shattered. Please don’t waste your time and money with this company."

"As this was my first time going to Umrah I was slightly nervous who I book with, I came across Mina tours from a Google search and have received outstanding service from them. I was assisted by brother Hashim who provided a friendly service updating me through out the whole process, he gave me personal advice and booked me hotels which were very close yet they were not located next to the busy gates that every one tries to book next to. The price he managed to get me was considerably cheaper (during the month of Ramadan) then most other companies that I contacted but did not compromise on the quality. The hotels we excellent and very close, he also managed to arrange me private transfers which was Ideal for me and my wife. He even contacted me whilst I was out there to ensure everything is okay. I would like to thank Mina tours and especially Hashim and would most definitely recommend them."
