"This is without doubt the worst Asda store I have ever experienced. Not only are the shelves never stocked, staff at the service desk are almost non existent. On more than one occasion the check out staff have been incredibly rude but also unwelcoming. Won't be back"

"Bought a BBQ less than a year ago for 230£ , all rusted from inside obviously the painting was not able to handle the heating. We stored it covered for the season and in garage for the winter. Customer service is awful, told me to contact with the manufacturer, who does not have customer service. Never going to buy anything from this horrible store."

"I had a recent experience with Asda Linwood where I ordered my shopping online and was due to arrive last night (9/12/22) the driver who was called Iain pulled up to my house, parked then pulled away then decided to cancel my order! An absolute joke Hi Tasha this is a reply as I don’t see an option for that but my order number is 9072223000295 I’m still awaiting my refund too! If this could be looked into and an explanation as to why it was cancelled when he was outside my house! I needed this to feed my family! I don’t understand why it would cancel! Thank you Tasha! I would very much like an explanation and to ask why your driver just drove away! I don’t know if I will use your services again unless I get a good enough explanation! They can’t be doing this and you can’t leave this unsolved! Hi Tasha, I’m still waiting on my refund from this order! And did you find out what happened with my order?? I’m now too worried to order again if it happens again"

"Shocking experience today 08.12.22 @4.30, went in the store to find large home items and therefore needed a trolley, within 5min being in the store we were aware that the items were not available, spoke to a lovely lady who tried to help us, but as we were going out the store with an empty trolley, our trolley locked on me and went straight into my stomach. My partner behind is on crutches and almost fell. I don't have to disclose any health issues but a trolley in the stomach is the last thing I needed. Shocked by it I went back in to ask the security guard what actually happened: He told me it was an anti theft lock, for when the trollies don't go through check out. I told him it was dangerous and I got really hurt, and he told me to write a complaint. There are no signs anywhere! It is really dangerous! I can't believe there are no signs to prevent dangerous incidents like this!"

"My daughter was awaiting her home delivery on Saturday which was scheduled between 12.30 and 13.30 Time went by and no delivery She checked her email repeatedly only to find that her order was cancelled ! This was more than inconvenient as the family were unwell and unable to go out and milk for her new baby was on the order. I had to go in after work to get baby milk and at that point spoke to a helpful young lady who took my details and left a note for the manager to contact me the next day . As there was no contact on , I called into the shop to speak to the manager .Apparently the message was not passed on and yet it was clearly in the message book .Manager Jim didn’t know why the order was cancelled .He reported that it might be a breakdown ,roadworks or no available driver . Fair enough but surely the customer is entitled to an apology and an explanation . He agreed to look into the matter and contact my daughter today. Needless to say , we are still waiting !!!! I am very disappointed in the standard of customer service and would no t recommend this company’s home delivery service ."
