"Friends, I bought an all-inclusive package from here. The hotel he sent me is not even one star. The hotel he sent me as 4 stars, we tried to cancel it in a mess. He kept us busy. Halil who works there lied and told me not to buy anything from here. When we talked to the hotel, they said they cheated on you. Let the liars not deceive you, we couldn't get our money back, they didn't cancel, we were disgraced with my children, we called many times, they didn't answer our phones, here I'm going to the court, I took the photos of the hotel, I took a paper from the hotel, please don't believe Halil, who works in Istanbul travel, this is a fraudulent hotel."
"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I booked my tickets through Istanbul Travel and my flights got cancelled and I was due a refund of £250/£300. I went to the store and the representative said that they will claim back the funds as they are ATOL protected. They said they sent an email and they are waiting for a response but she reassured me that we will get our money back. It’s been over 2.5 years and each time I get in contact with them via whatsapp or in store no one helps. I know a couple people that were in the same situation and they were able to claim back their funds however this was not the case with us. I certainly do not believe they are ATOL protected and they did not send me or show me any proof that they emailed the airline company. They do not respond to my messages and have very poor customer service. I asked them to send me the details of the flights so I can get in contact with the airline company myself but they didn’t even provide that. Please avoid at all costs as they are very unprofessional and useless."

"They changed the flight I took from here without even confirming with me. When I asked for a refund they said we will give you a voucher. We accepted and they did not allow us to use it even though we wanted to use it many times for almost two years. Now they are not answering our emails and phone calls."
