"AVOID!!!! I am experiencing the same issue that the last reviewer is. This company holds vouchers for me following covid and to rebook the flights they want to charge over and above what the fare would cost to book directly with the airline. This is the reason why conduct by travel agents such as Flycrc/Caribbean Reunion/Flight Connections Ltd and their directors Vilochna and Vinor Patel need to be regulated. As mentioned before they are not a member of ABTA so will try to extort as much money out of you as possible. PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY."

"AVOID!!! I booked 5 flight prior to Covid. The flights were cancelled and it was agreed with Katie that I can rebook the flights, but they the only way to rebook the flights was via a telephone call as I had been provided with a reference number. I was advised by Katie to call when ready to rebook and even though the flights were more expensive over the phone and cheaper online, the online price would be honoured. However when Katie left the company the problems began. The agreement had changed and I has no option but to rebook the flights via the phone and was charged a lot more extra for each flight. I complained to them on the phone and some of them were very rude stating that they have other calls coming through and they could not speak to me and advised me to make a complaint via email. I did complain via email on numerous occasions and they would not acknowledge that I had an agreement in writing from Katie and in the last email response they threatened to end my booking and I would lose my deposit. I therefore had no choice but to rebook the flights with them costing me near to double of the initial booking price. Please also note they are not part of ABTA and therefore it's difficult to challenge their unprofessional behaviour. I had used them many times in the past, but since Katie left I would never use them again."
