"Scammers!! Be wary of this company!!! They have taken my money (+ paid for international travel) and no delivery of card after a few weeks. Their only response is “we can’t do anything but only hope it reaches you”! Completely unprofessional, no offer of a refund or accountability. There are much better and more reliable companies out there. Do not rely on them - I’m lucky I have a couple weeks to travel to Cuba so can make other arrangements. Can only think that the positive reviews below are by themselves. UPDATE : have seen the Cubaism response, and they are not being truthful, they have never offered to resolve the issue hence my frustration. The item hasn’t left the UK and they are not willing to take any accountability. Will share the correspondence happily with anyone who wishes to see it and the Royal Mail snapshot of todays update! They don’t even recognize the shipment number!!! Total liars! Will defo be reporting!!! There are many other companies, please spare yourselves the frustration of dealing with a company which is publicly lying and not delivering what you will pay for, it shows their level of professionalism and fraud!!!"

"Used these guys to book tourist visas for our Cuban trip. We ordered on the weekend and they had dispatched by the Monday and through my letterbox on the Tuesday using the Royal Mail tracked delivery service. Whilst the website could do with some improvements from a UX point of view the turn around and prompt delivery was fantastic! I would not hesitate to use again."
