"They don’t even deserve 1 star. Scammers who should be going to court for scamming people. They pretend to sell “cheap” holiday packages while scamming you to charge extra for better options as soon as you pick up the phone. Their agent Benjamin made me overpay £400 promising 5 star hotel and transfers that actually already included in the price. They put you in the worst hotels and clearly make a lot of money on the difference. We suffered good poisoning and spent a lot of money on the medicine and most importantly risked our health. I urge people to avoid them and those who “suffered” from their services to report to police!"

"So... a very honest review here. We recently used Jetline AKA Bargain Late Holidays from wowcher and here are our thoughts. I booked a disneyland getaway for 3 days from wowcher for a great price - I believe around £300 a person to go in mid May. This included accomidation, Eurostar and 1 day ticket for the park each. I completed the purchase and then called BLH to complete the booking process, everything was going great until they told me the ludicrous timings of the travel... I believe it was something silly like 22:30PM travel time so we would arrive the next day... (already one day gone!) the return time was 6-7AM on the Sunday so realistically we would have only one day in Paris. Now they also do not take into account how on earth you are meant to get to disneyland when you arrive - all of the trains are stopped by that point and the buses until around 5-6AM, so you would then have to spend 120 euros just to get to the hotel. I feel this is pressure selling and falsely advertised as it is NOT a 3 day trip it is around a day and a half - not impressive. Anyway I paid the extra £180!!!! To get the eurostar times changed (more than it would have cost me to just do it myself) and we agreed. I must admit that once this part was over and we actually travelled there were no issues with the customer service and no issues with the tickets or bookings for the hotel (hence the three stars). The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was a good size. My advice to them would be to make it as clear as possible around the timings that people would get as clearly marketing itself as a 2-3 day weekend getaway is not on. All in all, we spent just under £800 when we could have paid the same (probably less) by booking it ourselves."

"DONT LET GET YOURSELF SCAMMED! PLEASE NEVER BOOK FROM THEM! I have bought it through wowcher- it was supposed to be 5star 2 days stay in Praque. I paid almost 400£ for flight and hotel. Night flight so the stay reduced to 1 day- I checked the airlines and this flight was 10£. Not ANY luggage. Wanted me to change hotel to pay extra. I would spend less booking it directly on my own. They try to get you to pay more for everything. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE"

"After months of paying more and money to move back due to not being able to go on holiday.. the rude staff decided that if I cancel my booking they would give me only a £200 voucher!! which considering what we paid this is a joke! 6 Times i called to speak to a manager and had to explain why over and over. The customer service is non existent and they are blaming the hotel in Amsterdam. Which I'm sure would just move the date surely due to a pandemic?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"We have used Bargain Late Holidays twice to book our Europe holidays and we have never had any problems. All the information they give you is clearly written out and explained for your understanding. Your flight departing times might be very late at night or very early in the mornings so might be inconvenient for some but this is so that the cheapest possible deals are secured. Just read all the information carefully and you will have a great holiday!"
