"Please do not be fooled by this 4 star rating. This place is a rip off. The government has issued a 5000 pound fine for people leaving the UK and they refuse to allow people to cancel and refund. If you did pay a deposit you will probably find yourself in my situation where you can't get a refund but get a credit. In these hard times this company is robbing even the blind. Stay away from this company get a credit card or book directly with the airlines who will refund you your money. *1 BIG SCAM*"
