"We went to Faggio with our 9 and 12 year old boys on the train from the UK. Dan was super helpful recommending a hotel on the way down, and talking us through the accommodation before we booked. The local knowledge and friendly service made the whole booking and holiday a pleasure. The accommodation was stunning and the pool was 'the best in Italy'. And I can see why people say it. And Tuscany itself never fails to delight. We even went to the local Palle match. Great fun, but still no idea about the rules...."
