I took the full package on my first trip for Umrah (flights, visa, hotel, ziyrat and travel cost) and the second trip I asked Brother Omar to arrange the hotels for me as my tickets were prebooked. Brother Omar is very polite and considerate and has always tailored my package to my request and needs. I received all my travelling documents and hotel confirmation before my travel. The only issue I had was the transportation in Saudi but again after contacting Brother Omar this was also sorted for me. "Booked a trip for Umrah with Omar at Baitullah travel and was honestly the best experience! Omar was always available day and night to help with any questions or issues we had and was very prompt in sharing all the travel information. I have to admit I was initially very nervous as I’d found the agency on Instagram and had not previously had any experience with them. However everything went smoothly. Hotel locations in both Makkah and Madina were perfectly located and was easy to get around especially with young children.
