"The worst experience booking through this company DO NOT DO IT. My lovely travel agent booked a holiday on my behalf with them back at the start of October and I paid close to £700 as a deposit. When my travel agent went to MT to say I'd processed the deposit on my end they advised the holiday had now gone up in price by another £400 and that I'd have to pay more of a deposit to lock it in which I declined to do and requested a refund. This was within 10 minutes of the booking. It is now the 11th November and I still haven't received my refund! My travel agent has been in contact with them constantly and they have provided no solution or even any evidence that the refund has even be processed. She has asked numerous times for them to produce an ARN number and they come back saying "it's not necessary to provide this". Every time we reach out they say to wait another 14 days. In the current climate I can not afford to have £700 just taken away from me. I'm starting to think they are a shark company that are just taking money from innocent people. If I could give this company 0 stars I would."
