"I would have hoped flight centre did a bit more to help with trips. After I booked my trip there was things later introduced like visas, the airline I was using not doing long hall flights anymore and additional documents. Flight centre didn't tell me any of this, it was things I found out about online and emailed them. I hoped they would have come across this stuff and tell me rather than vice versa"

She was inundated with many customers and was left on her own as her colleague had called in sick.
