"I just spoke to Dee to get some flight price to Mauritius - She was so rude she gave me the price and say the price for this flight is very expensive and I asked her again what price is it for adult - she said rudely just gave it to you and now I have to go back to the screen again haven't you wrote it. Really bad customer service Never get ticket from DEE- I hope other agent are better trained clearly this one need training how to talk to customer. Dont even deserve 1 star that I gave if that how Sunset Faraway agents are."

"My son arrived at Piscus Hotel in Ibiza on Sunday 28th of August. Booked this through Sunset Holidays. Within minutes of being showed to his room, which didn’t have sea views as promised, the sink had fell off the wall and the room was flooded. He was soaked and all his belongings too. Three members of staff came to deal with the situation and put him outside the room and passed out his cases. He then realised an envelope with 600 euro was not returned. Things got worse when he was told he would have to pay 800 euro for the broken sink which was obviously a set up as Sunset Holidays are aware of the flight times and how long he had arrived at the Hotel. He refused to pay this as he did not break the sink. May I include that my son Michael is an eyebrow specialist from Belfast Northern Ireland and he is actually one of the most softest, kindest, people to be found. I myself contacted Sunset Holidays on Monday and spoke to a girl named Emma, I told her I am worried sick about Michael and need this fixed. She assured me that her colleague Page was on the phone to the supplier and that it would be fixed there and then and that my son would have a roof over his head and a bed to sleep in. This was not fulfilled, Emma lied to me. I then foned back on Tuesday morning, held for over an hour and Sunset Holidays hung up on me. I phoned back that afternoon, held for over an hour again to be put straight on hold by Emma for another ten minutes. I am still waiting for a call from the manager Matty at Sunset Holidays regarding this situation. Please beware of this company as my son has been left in a hostel in Ibiza!!!!"

I have just had an excellent experience and service from Sarah, who has booked a very complex and exciting trip for us to New Zealand for a family wedding. She couldn't have been more helpful. We had many wishes to be fulfilled; Sarah was full of excellent advice and helpful suggestions and we are extremely pleased with the itinerary that she has put together for us."
