"Ordered through just eat £30 worth of food. recieved my order pizza was cold sausage was just warm and fish was missing!! My friend called to inform parts of order was missing and food was cold staff told her they would check cctv?????????? Called back to basically say we are lying!! Cctv showed 2 pieces of fish?? Absolutely shocking customer service!!!! When my friend added that the sausage was also cold was basically told " so your adding things on"??? No....... she got her dinner last as was phoning to inform them about the other food. So was then told well that might be the reason why it was cold!!! Shocking!!! No resolution other than we will give you something free next time when told we will not be ordering again said we can send you the missing fish!!?? No thanks everyone has now eaten could we be refunded for the missing fish?? No we don't do that we can send u something free the next time or we can send u the missing fish!!!??? Shocking!!"
