"This is NOT a serious company/application, do NOT trust what they say or promise you. I had an insurance on my trip with them and they told me on the phone that I would get my money back (except 20 % in fee’s), but are still waiting and waiting. Everytime I ask about when I will get them they say that they are waiting for the air plain company’s to send them to them and I will get it as soon as they come. But I was told that I would have them on my account in 14 days when I talked to them and that’s 3-4 weeks ago no and still nothing. Not even an email from them to tell me what is taking so long. No this is fraud. I will let you know if I get my money back, but I have no good feeling for anny one that lies about date’s and so on. Really expensive too, if you’re trip shall cost 300,-kr. it will be min.1300,-kr. or more when you finally get through all the stuff that they ask you. A NO FROM ME AND MY FAMILY……..!"

"Travelink is NOT a company I could ever recommend. My husband took ill a month before our trip and unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday. The company took 60% of the total cost of the holiday and when we asked whether the hotels had kept any of the monies against our reservations they refused to answer our question. Therefore, we can only conclude that due to my husband's illness, the company enriched themselves by pocketing the money. Having lost over $3,000, Travelink as a 'goodwill gesture' issued us a $300 credit note! Prior to its expire date we asked Anthony the owner to book us a room in a London Hotel. He ignored our request. When we did eventually hear from him his excuse was "he had to give priority to his regular customers". Again we requested him to book our London hotel. To date we still have not heard back from him. Our experience has lead us to conclude that his word is worthless and his ethics are driven by money. Accordingly we strongly recommend that you DO NOT BOOK any travel with this company."
