"(Shame there’s not a zero star option) Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a takeaway pizza restaurant! Waited over two hours for my pizza! I had rang after an hour and was told that my driver was only 9 minutes away, after another 40 minutes had pasted I rang again and was told they only had one driver and that my order hadn’t even left the building. I asked for a refund and it wasn’t an option which seemed a bit off so I walked down to collect my two hour old pizza. Only to find that there was 5 or 6 delivery orders waiting on the side along with mine and more on the screen to be made. The only driver was himself in the building stretching pizzas. With no real explanation given and no manager present the most I could get out of them was a free bottle of Pepsi. Stone cold pizza and terrible costumer service! Steer well clear people and keep it dominos if you want any form of a reliable takeaway pizza."

"Absolutely terrible experience tonight. Ordered pizza at 19:33, said it was being cut and quality checked at 19:45. It still hadn’t arrived by 20:45, so I called the branch and they said it was only just leaving the store, and that they only 1 delivery driver for tonight. This already annoyed us as it had been sat out for an hour. It still hadn’t arrived by 9pm, baring in mind we’re only 5 minutes from the store. Only ordered for delivery due to a long day. Got a call from the driver at 9:05pm saying he was outside, which he wasn’t. He called me saying that we had given the wrong address and he couldn’t find us. He ended up asking me to share my location with him via WhatsApp so he could find us. When the pizza finally arrived at around 9:15pm, it was stone cold. And the delivery driver kept saying we had the wrong address, which we hadn’t. We know where we live. I ended up calling the store again and they said they could re-make it for us, so my partner and I said we’d go down to collect it as there is no way we were waiting another 2 hours for a delivery. When we got to the store about 10/15 minutes later, our pizzas hadn’t even been started yet, and the only person in the store was on the phone (to somebody who was also complaining about how long it took to get their order), he didn’t acknowledge us when we went in, and when we said we wanted a refund, he said he was not authorised to give refunds. But we were not willing to wait for more pizzas to possibly be cooked, so we asked for a refund and we left. Considering they only opened about a week ago, this isn’t good enough. They shouldn’t have opened a store if it wasn’t properly staffed. They also should not have been preparing pizzas that would be sat for an hour before even leaving the store. Also, there was another couple in there ordering, and when they asked what the chicken poppers were, he walked over to them, picked one out of the tub, with no gloves on, and after he had been handling the phone, and picking at his arms, and then he just put it back in the tub. Will not be ordering from here again."
