"Ordered through their own website, never even accepted the order after 15 mins! Claimed they never had it come through but still took our money! Oh and then the incredibly rude man on the phone told me bye and hung up after bluntly and rudely telling me he can do FA! But just before he hung up I heard him say F’ OFF! Thinking I never heard it! The customer service here is disgusting and their website is a joke quick to take the money but not even look at the order!"

"Used to be my favourite kebab place but they never have delivery staff on now or just refusing to deliver. God knows why? Don’t know why they are on justeat if they don’t want to deliver."

"Normally my family and I are big fans of Papa's Pizza but last week I phoned up to complain, after receiving my order via Just Eat, as my sons chips were very over cooked. The man I spoke to said they're new and that's how they are now. When I continued to say they looked burnt and awful he said that they would send some more but the new chips never arrived. Disappointing. Today I've just ordered again and the cheese burger, chicken burger and chips were disgusting!! I'll never be ordering from them again!! The one star is for promt delivery."
