"Avoid! Poor customer service & rude lying staff. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago now which they charged me twice for & they have still not refunded me and now are refusing to refund me! I have tried to be understand & polite but now I will be going into store to try get my money back. I have had to contact the story 3 times who just tell me different things every time, first told me they would process a refund for me which of course I never received and are now telling me they can’t even process refunds in store and hung up on me on the phone! They shew me off to customers services who I’ve emailed twice and had no response. Literally never had such bad service before!! Do not order if you don’t want to be scammed."
"Had a slight issue with my first order, but the manager I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful, they got the order redelivered really quickly and I have to say, perfectly! So pleased, a huge credit to Papa Johns! Thank you."

"Went into the shop and it was good, the boy at the front (kyle) was very nice and polite, and had very good customer service skills. Pizza was good and hot. We then ordered chicken poppers (i believe that’s what there called) and they were good but a bit cold. The garlic dip in my opinion was awful, but the BBQ sauce was great. A little bit more expensive compared to dominos, which is a shame but is understandable. Dominos is still my favourite, but would definitely recommend papa johns in melksham."
