"Avoid this old man, he is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Absolute scammer, any good review on here about this guy is fake and I can vouch from personal experience, he preys on the old and vulnerable, strings you along with empty promises and lies. I found out after months of chasing this guy, the shopkeeper next door to him told me he opens his shop at 7pm just to avoid angry customers he has ripped off in the past. If you cherish your money, stay away and book your flights online!"

"After an absolute back-and-forth war with them on the phone over numerous days, they had the audacity to offer us 10% of our rightful refund for our Emirates plane tickets. In addition to the already dreadful battle to get our money back, the customer service had the cheek to exhibit a defensive and disrespectful tone with us?! Purely gobsmacked at the boldness of the man on the phone. The definition of daylight robbery, would not recommend even to my worst enemy."
