"Not very happy with my drive from Heathrow with WeKnow. Price was a bit high, but I wanted to pay for the convenience of a booked cab. My flight arrived early and I was pleased to see that WeKnow had moved the booking forward. However when I arrived the desk tells me that my driver will be about 15 minutes. Its actually closer to an hour before my car arrives. What is the point in booking a slot, paying a premium, all upfront, and asking for flight details if the driver isn’t going to be waiting for me? On the positive side I can’t fault the ride, very smooth and professional."

"Less reliable they let you know - make fun of advanced booking. I booked cab for airport to home when I approached their help desk in terminal 5 arrival at London Heathrow, they asked me wait for more than 40 minutes while the journey time to my home itself less than 40 minutes. I could have easily grabbed Uber and went home, whole point of booking we know London is to avoid waiting time and have the taxi readily available. This just makes the whole point big joke !!"

"Brilliant experience. My wife and i used Weknow in September, to take us from the hotel at Windsor to Heathrow Airport. Car arrived on time drive very polite and friendly. And on our arrival back at Heathrow 2 weeks later, the car was waiting to take us back to the hotel. The driver even put our cases into our car . Nothing was too much trouble would certainly use this company again. Thanks again"
