"The most horrible experience of my life. My outbound journey was cancelled, then reinstated just before the boarding was closed. Now it seems that my inbound journey is cancelled, and despite my many emails to Blueberry Travels nobody has had the decency to let me know what is going on. I am stuck in Melbourne and the whole trip has been spoiled by this dark cloud and Blueberry's unprofessional silence. I have given one star rating simply because there is no 0 star. "This company helped my partner and I when easy jet and the company I booked with didn't care less. Easy jet cancelled our flight 20 minutes before we were due to flight out to our friends wedding. I was quite distressed, James calmed me down, sorted out new flights when we and easyjet couldnt find any available.
