"Booked our honeymoon through this travel agent, they did not do any research on the resort as the average age was 68. Our honeymoon ruined. Hotel is dilapidated and old. Other customers paid far less who booked at other agents for the same duration . Feel ripped off and cheated did not want to help unless we paid even more to move . Hotel rated 3 stars it was one If I was being generous. They did not scout this hotel. Never will I use camberly travel again.I have posted pictures of the service, hotel and restaurant. I would suggest to camberly travel not to use subsidiary companies like JTA travel based in Birmingham to destroy special holidays or any holidays for that matter."
