"Had a first class experience at Hinds jewellers t both Wrexham and Carmarthen branches. I had ordered a watch in the Carmarthen branch that I had seen online whilst on holiday. Jane in Carmarthen researched for me and found the last one in the company which transpired to be in the Middlesbrough branch and I asked for it to be delivered to Wrexham as it was closest to my home. Zoe in the Wrexham branch tracked it from our first conversation and regularly updated me. On arrival it was altered to perfectly fit my wrist at no extra cost. I am delighted with the watch and most grateful to Zoe and Jane and the helpful and friendly service I received at Hinds and would definitely buy from them again. Thanks for the the efficiency at both branches it was greatly appreciated."
