"I took my engagement ring here to be resized. The ring now looks wonky, not properly round anymore and part of the band is thinner than the rest where it has been altered. It was perfect when I left it here. I’m now having to take it back to diggles in Liverpool where it was originally made to have the shank remade. I’m really upset about it as the ring is very sentimental."

"Earlier this year I had a special birthday and wanted my late mum's gold (some of which was repurposed into my obsolete wedding ring) made into a hammered open bangle. Not many jewellers could perform this task as gold has a higher melting point than silver. The staff discussed options with me beforehand and were very helpful. The bangle was ready within a week and a slight adjustment was made on the day of collection. It is simply stunning and a true combined representation of my mum and me which I will always treasure."
