"Lacking basic customer service. Walked in smiled at a sales assistant who was chatting to a colleague, I wasn’t acknowledging at all. The store isn’t big, so I was able to here their entire gossipy conversation as I looked around. I wasn’t approached once. If there had been a bit more effort I would have asked to have a closer look at something, I was shopping for my wedding earring and I did see something I liked. I was one of 2 customers in there, there was 4 members of staff on the floor , its not hard to provide basic customer service. Put me right off."
