"What an amazing jewelers VOW is. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly, polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. They have a comprehensive range of jewellery no matter what you're looking for. I bought a made to measure pearl necklace this Christmas for my partner. When I went in to collect it I realised then that I should have bought earrings to match. The staff were so helpful assuring me that matching earrings would be ready to collect before Christmas, bearing in mind they had to purposely be made to match. Every attention to detail is made, the presentation boxes are so classy adding that extra special look. "My mum recently purchased a pearl necklace, but it needed extra pearls adding to make it longer. The staff were so kind and helpful. When the extra pearls were added, they were unhappy with the result, so they remade a whole necklace, at no extra cost. My mum is really delighted with the end result and wears the necklace all the time. The staff also cleaned some of her rings and made a fantastic job. I then went to Vow ,to have a platinum/diamond ring enlarged, at an extremely reasonable cost. I too, am very pleased with the quality of work and the service provided by all who work there. I can highly recommend Vow."
