"I travelled far and wide to help me match up a special expensive gold earring. The shop manager could not have been more helpful and polite. He went out of his way to get a matching limited edition gold earring made for a special person’s 50th birthday. It would have cost double the price to get a new set made and he was very honest telling me this. I was thrilled with the result as the earrings had to be gold plated to make them the same colour. The recipient will be thrilled with them. Thank you so much!"

"Conman. My elderly father took my mother's chain in to get a link repaired the owner said it couldn't be done and pressured him to sell the chain that cost alot of money for £10 and pressured him to buy some cheap tat that was grossly overpriced. When i went back to get the chain less than 30 mins later he said unlucky I've already melted it down. The chain could of been repaired but the cheap conman of an owner just wanted to take advantage of someone to make a quick profit. Avoid this shop at all costs."
