"My imac died but Paul managed to grecover all pictures and everything else from it. He also replaced the hard drive and it works great now. I did lose pages and numbers but Paul gave me a memory stick with office for Mac. He also put all the contents of the mac on anew external drive for me. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
