"We called in the mid morning and had a plumber out in little time, Craig was with at about 4pm. Craig carried out the service on our leak and he was fast, informative and professional. The work was completed in a really small amount of time, about 40 mins, and it only cost us the call out fee and parts plus VAT which was itemised by Craig very clearly. "Craige replaced our boiler in June of this year. He is a polite, knowledgable and friendly individual who carried out a quality installation at a very reasonable price. More recently, we had a leak from the bathroom plumbing so I phoned Craige for help. His response was quick, attending the very next day to locate and seal the leak. When he’s not able to answer your call because of other commitments he always calls back when he can. Companies are reliant on total Customer Satisfaction and this company seems to understand the importance of it. Thank you Craige."

"We need some work doing and honestly just trying to get people to come back to you at the moment seems to be a nightmare. Craig came straight back to me and has been out a few times so far and has been brilliant each time. He has removed our old gas fire, helped us get radiators off the walls for decorating and even came out on his day off when we had a leak. Cannot fault him and his guys at all. He was on time, tidy, thorough and efficient, friendly and gave helpful advice. He is due back in a week or so to fit our new radiators. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him"
