"A top-class company from customer service to technical execution. When your television breaks you just assume you have to replace it or repair it at almost the cost of buying a new one. I was in that situation but contacted Littlers because of recommendations like 'this' on the Internet. My TV made a 'popping' sound then the display disappeared. I looked online for a quick fix and the official manufacturers quoted me close to £700 for new capacitors. I then got a free quote/appraisal from Littlers at no cost and they fixed it at a tenth of the price. My next tv purchase will be from Littlers purely through trust and expertise. "Our TV just 'popped' one night last week and seeing as it wasn't very old we were reluctant to get a new one. Littlers came highly recommended from when they were based in Lymm. Hubby took our TV in before lunchtime then we had a phone call that afternoon telling us they'd already found the problem and if we agreed to the (very reasonable) quote we could collect it the following morning. Outstanding service, no bs and wouldn't hesitate to use again."

"Whilst visiting an elderly friend last week, it appeared all wasn’t well with his tv reception, so it was pure luck I happened to call Littlers to see if they could come and sort it out. The first man I spoke to suggested I try and recover the missing channels and fuzzy reception myself so as not to incur a visit unless needed. I did as suggested and though much better it still wasn’t great so I rang back and spoke to another man who actually talked me through it over the phone. It still didn’t work properly and he deduced it was probably the aerial and gave me the number of another very lovely, helpful man who gave me a price for a new one. I wasn’t there on Saturday when he visited but only charged my friend £20 to fix the problem as a new aerial wasn’t needed after all. If I lived in the Warrington area, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them if I had a problem. They are beyond helpful and extremely honest."
