"Was extremely disappointed in the service I received. Initially I had a introduction call with Peter about completing my end of year Tax reports for my Ltd company. He assured me they could be completed within a week. After 6 weeks, I was finally sent over my tax returns. Looking at them they were completely wrong. I went back to Peter with the missing details. However, Peter and the rest of the team just completely blanked my emails and phone calls after this. I reached out to the CEO Bryan who I had used about 10 years ago for another Ltd company of mine, but again I had no response. Not the service you would expect from an professional accountancy firm."
