"Mark was recommended to us by close friends who were first time buyers last year. As first time buyers ourselves, we really had little to no idea of where to begin with the whole process. After filling out the online enquiry on Mark’s website he contacted us the following day. From there we set up an initial phone call to determine what we were looking for and he went away to see what our options were. He secured us a mortgage offer within around a week which enabled us to start viewing. We then found a property almost straight away but weren’t exactly sure what to do!
