"Darren was recommended to us by a friend as he had previously helped them, as first time buyers, buy their first home. From the moment we made contact with Darren, we immediately felt at ease. As "elderly" first time buyers, we had zero clue as to what we needed to do. The only information we had about securing a mortgage was from a few google searches and information from friends.
