"This is my second time using Colleen for our mortgage/re-mortgage and she is amazing to say the least. Our applications have not always been straight forward due to lack of credit score because of living outside the UK for 5 years and this time round because of starting our own business and having under 2 years of accounts. On our latest re-mortgage the conveyancers were dragging out the process, ignoring any of our communications and setting a completion date for after our existing fix rate end date - even though they had our application for months.
