"I reached out to Puddle and Paw as I was looking for a dog groomer that would take my GSD puppy and I loved that they offered puppy introduction courses to dog grooming. I messaged Megan and she quickly explained what the course was about, costs etc and she did really put both me and my partner at ease. We booked the first session and Freya (my puppy) was unsure at first, but after a couple more sessions she settled right in and felt much more confident, which is exactly what we were looking for with the puppy introduction course.
