"I Phoned up and asked the price, the lady stated £30 but when I came to collect pepa she charger £40 because she said something about fleas, according to her she had already applyed the flea solutions befor even phoning me to discuss if I wanted her to even put it on my dog. I got there an my dog was soaking shaken in the corner in a meal kennel she didn't even dry her, god knows how long my poor baby was there for in a little shedin her back garden ,she also smelt considering she had just been Groomed. As I was leaving she informed me that the fleas are naw gone and I didn't need to do nothing else. I came home and found a few live fleas on my girl and cuts in a few places, the trim was terrible, 1 of her nails had been cut right down to far, I was discusted. Would definitely NOT Recommend this place to any1. Also the owner is very rude, shouldld be in business.. To clarify my dog didn't smell of her own wee, an she does get brushed daily she's a well look after dog. An regards to the cuts not being cuts and them being fleea bits, I took her the vet and they clarified they were cuts , the owner only saying this to cover her own back. Discustingvile behaviour. In fact it Wouldn't surprise me if she catched the fleas from this place, so damp and cold, not nice atall"
