"Took my 19week old yorkie here as most groomers were fully booked and they had good reviews on Google n offered me an appointment two days later now I understand why! It was clean and my pup now smells gorgeous but looks awful after specifically asking them to cut him so he'd be cool but not too short, to keep his quiff and not to shave his face. Iv picked my pup up his body is cut multiple different lengths none of the fur is even, they have cut the majority of his quiff off and completely shaved his nose to near enough skin by his eyes n the top has a big bump in n then shaved longer towards the end his face is cut unevenly and his mouth is considerably longer on one side than the other. I am so upset and outraged by the state of what they've done to him I wouldn't go there again if they paid me! If you want your dog groomed properly do not go here!! They were also supposed to cut his nails and they haven't been cut either which kind of explains why it took them less than an hour to have him ready to be picked up."
