On arrival we were met by Jill who was very welcoming to myself and Bella, Jill let me wait in the grooming room why she was washing and drying bella, I was overwhelmed at the way Jill was with Bella talking to her and telling her what she was doing next, what a lovely lady she is, I highly recommend Happy Paws for all your relaxed dog grooming needs and Bella will definatley be visiting Jill again."
