"I'd found 1st Class Pooch from a Google search and initially I was a little reluctant to change. However, after being let down by another groomer I decided to give them a go. Charlotte is lovely and the dogs always come back beautifully trimmed and smelling divine. She took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my pooch's skin irritations and found a way to work around this. She is very reliable and calls to say when the dogs are ready. We are very happy with her and the service offered. As a bonus, Charlotte offers a stamping system for repeat customers and we can receive money off after a few grooms. This is a lovely added touch.
