"I Had an amazing time on this dog grooming course. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. The dog grooming tutors Yvette, Adel, Emma, and Alex all made me feel comfortable from day one, which helped me gain more confidence to ask as a many questions as I needed to. I would 100% recommend Anrich dog grooming school."
"Best training school. The team here are amazing. Patient kind and over 30 year knowledge in the business. This 5 week course took me from complete novice to a confident dog groomer. Highly recommend. They teach you to trust the process. Believe me it works."
"I’ve just finished the 5 week course. I had the most amazing time and have learned more than I could’ve imagined. The tutors Yvette, Adele, Alex & Emma were so lovely and friendly. They made us all feel so comfortable and I was never afraid to ask for help. They also had a laugh with us which we thought made the experience even better. Every staff member at Anrich was lovely, offering advice and tips to help us. James gave us very informative seminars on business & advertising and I found those incredibly useful. Overall 10/10 experience, couldn’t have asked for anything more."
"A puppy I bred was recently groomed by someone who trained at this dog grooming school. The groomer admitted later, only because we contacted her to complain, she had not groomed this breed of dog before and had not done any research. Not only that, her health and safety knowledge was seriously lacking. The dog was tied to the bath taps, scalding hot water was allowed to run over his feet, the non slip bath mat put in the bath for the dog was removed for the groomer to kneel on. He wasn't secured to the grooming table, he did actually fall off, and the groomer used totally unsuitable equipment. She stripped out his undercoat causing him to cry and has not only damaged his coat, but also his skin and he is now receiving treatment from the vet. I called this grooming school to ask what experience the pupils are given with regards to Health and Safety and grooming different breeds. I found James to be arrogant and he basically said he wasn't interested, he pointed out the groomer had a diploma, and that was it. A five week training course and a diploma doesn't make someone a good groomer. Maybe you should call it a quicker start course, and ensure groomers are not taking on dogs they have no knowledge of. Your course may give someone a starting point to go and work in a salon, but not to go it alone in their own business."
"Had the most fantastic time over the 5 week period. The staff go the extra mile to ensure you know what you need to know in regards grooming. They're a credit to Anrich and make the learning special. James does the business and webstuff and he is very good at getting you set up and everything catered for from that point of view. The training room is brilliant with more than enough room to operate in and everybody is in an area so the tutors can keep a watchful eye on you. I was very fortunate to be in a group with the most amazing students, everyone of them wanting to learn and enjoy. Moving forwards we will all be friends and we are there for each other once set up grooming salons. You get out what you put in throughout the course the students and tutors push you along. Overall I was delighted with everything that Anrich offered."
