"Stayed one night with friends following a theatre visit in Blackburn. Rooms were spotless, reception staff were friendly and check in was a doddle. Taxis were cheap to and from, can't fault it."
"There's places in the same area as the hotel for example McDonald's, the hotel staff front of house was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean what more can you ask for."
"Bathroom floor was extremely dirty, 1st floor room with windows above the smoking area so unable to get fresh air. No hot water at 7:30am so cold shower. I often use Travelodge hotels for my work and this was definitely the worst so far. Would have been better off sleeping in the van"
