"I changed vets in January due to the ridiculous unjustified consultation fee at my previous practice, but I also changed because of recommendation. I'm so glad I did because, out of nowhere, my beautiful girl developed a UTI which went on for a couple of months with no improvement which led to an operation (just yesterday) to remove a bladder stone. We have been regular visitors leading up to the op and I can honestly say each visit has been a joy. Appointment wise, when I have had to call, mostly guaranteed she can be offered an appointment on the day - I love this - this means less stress time for mummy ! The staff (nurses & receptionists) have been so welcoming, warm, friendly and really understanding. Not only am I happy to come to a surgery where staff greet me and more importantly, my dog, they are so transparent with their pricing and their pricing was alot less than I was expecting, especially for medication! I cannot praise the vet nurse enough while my dog was in for her operation yesterday. I was kept up to date with all progress throughout the day and I was happy to know she was in good hands. Most of all I didn't feel pressured to make any immediate decisions. We don't want to ever come back but if and when we do, we know we will be treated with love and care! She is recovering well at home "

"The staff are amazing here they treated my collie with care love and respectful to her and our needs. Sadly we had to let her go over the rainbow the vet and get nurses were lovely and let us stay with her until we were ready to leave never felt rushed and a lovely comfortable room to let her pass in. They are now looking after another of my dogs who has arthritis in her hind legs very helpful."
"Went this morning for the first time with my cockapoo who has sore ears . Was seen promptly by a lovely vet . Receptionist is lovely too . Highly recommend to anyone with a pet . Prices are reasonable . You won’t be disappointed."
