"I swapped to this practice when my pet was very poorly in June 2020. I will never go anywhere else now, there is a ‘bedside manner’ that all the vets we have dealt with have at this practice and it makes me feel very comfortable that my pet is in the right hands, especially when she has been as poorly as she has over recent months. I always find that the vets here offer the lowest/easiest option first to see if it resolves the issue rather than jumping in with the most expensive and traumatic option for my pet. They looked after Lucy exceptionally well during her recent procedure and were very considerate of her age etc. Thankfully we now have a very happy doggie as we have finally got to the route of the cause of her illness.
