"First of all if I could award no stars then I would. I should of known the first time I rang trying to register my pet it's as if everything seems like hard work for staff. If you are on the phone or in person they suggest you do things online. Why when I'm stood in front of you or speaking to you on the phone does it seem too much to ask for you to do your job. Secondly, you can walk in to the practice for your appointment and they don't even acknowledge your presence by looking up from the computer to say hello. Staff will literally talk to each other about there personal lives rather than look at you. Next point is they don't actually listen to what you say it's like talking to a brick wall they can't even get your pets name right after you've said it three times. The last visit was just the icing on the cake literally took our kitten off us in the waiting room, didn't allow us to go through with him, no opportunity to speak to the vet and no communication as to what they'd actually done in the room. Maybe this is the type of place that if your face doesn't fit however my money will spend anywhere and sadly it won't be here anymore."

"Rutland house village vets BRYN, have a superb hard working friendly team. All members of the staff,come across as being very helpful & a caring. They genuinely really do the best for your pets,with the best advice & well-being.. Whenever we visit this vets,which has been rather frequently of late, This vets is always extremely busy, the staff never seem to have a minute to themselves, yet they are all most professional,& no matter how busy they are, you always have a friendly warm welcome with excellent customer & pet service. Benji our labradour Tinkerbell,Spotty & Birdie cat, have always had excellent care & treatment at BRYN vets. In the past, we have also been to the Haydock branch & Rutland house in Liverpool,we have always had superb care & service at all their other branches. Highly recommend..:"
